During my eight years as a UX professional, I’ve worked end-to-end across the design process on projects in various sectors such as finance, social media, healthcare, government, and education.

 

I’ve successfully created and redesigned new products and features for SaaS, B2B, and e-commerce applications. More than once, I have acted as design lead and mentor, and advocated the importance of design in product development. My specialties include, conceptualizing, interaction design and prototyping. But above all, I focus on designing products that are meaningful, personalized and easy to use, to win users the old-fashioned way: by choice.

My most recent work was with ING Wholesale Banking - Lending, where I worked on the digitization of the Wholesale Lending process, reducing time to loan disbursement by 78%. More specifically, I designed products that improve the workflow and productivity of finance professionals and data scientists.

My various professional experiences are proof that I enjoy and can quickly adjust to new challenges. Embracing my diverse background in Industrial design and Architecture, I appreciate the value of collaborating with different disciplines and I always look for this element in my process.
 

I devote my spare time to coffee, designing bespoke wedding stationary and my two dogs, Frankie and Marley.
